Hp Officejet 6310 (Vista)

Hello everyone

I did something really stupid and I need help...I did a system restore and
now my computer is messed up, mainly my printer. I cannot download any
drivers, can't get my computer to recongize my printer. I get 2 error
messages saying:
1: HP Installer Driver ul not found
2: Acess to the registry key;
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Hewlett-Packard\eDiegs is denied.

Can anyone help....I tried calling HP 1wk/2-3hr/day...and still nothing.

Tiff, *Stupid* question... Have you tried just uninstalling/reinstalling the
printer.
Now did you honestly really expect HP to help you out? Your issue obviously
was not on any of their scripts....

I had the same problem and I solved it by logging in as the administrator,
uninstalling the printer and inserting the Vista CD that came with the
printer and did a new install.
