Thanks for the confirmation that I am not alone in my struggles with this
printer driver -- although I'm surprised that I haven't seen more discussion
about it.
I am amazed however that HP isn't more on top of this. As Vista slowly
increases market penetration, the inability to use many legacy HP printers
with it, including models just released over the last year or so, is clearly
going to negatively impact their market reputation.
