The Vista Home Editions do not have the capability of faxing. You'll
need to use third-party software. Do a search in Google Groups Advanced
Search for "fax software" or the like and constrain the search to this
newsgroup - microsoft.public.windows.vista.print_fax_scan. There have
been numerous threads about this.
I can't give you a fax program recommendation because I have a
standalone fax machine, but the above search should get you what you need.
