Windows Vista Calendar Does Not Print

I am pulling my hair out trying to get Vista's Calendar to print. I can
print from other applications with no problems. However, when I print to our
networked printer I always get an error -- 'insufficient memory'. We have an
HP 2605dtn on our network and I can see the file get sent (usually about have
of the calendar file) and then everything just sits until I get the error.
If it helps I am running Norton Internet Security (i turned it off to see if
it would print but same error). I am connected to the router via wireless
and the printer is connected via ethernet connection. I am running Vista
Home Premium.

Please Help!!

Norton is likely causing your problem.
Replace Norton with the free AVG http://free.grisoft.com/ or Avast
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html, and Windows Firewall and Windows
Defender. ***Disabling Norton is not enough.*** ***You need to completely
uninstall it.*** If it doesn't solve the problem, get rid of Norton anyway.
Norton is known to cause many problems which don’t always appear
immediately.
Download and run the Norton Removal Tool.

It's called "360" because Symantec's goal is complete ownership of your
computer, and with even less communication about what it's trying to do or
ways to configure it than ever before (which would only interfere with its
goal.) That, along with Symantec's famous technical support, makes Norton
360 a disaster that I would only install on Granny's computer if she was
going to disinherit me.

Despite Bob's condemnation, I've never encountered a situation where
Norton Internet Security or other applications (that include N360 on my
VISTA machine have stopped my HP printers from functioning.

I'd look for another cause.

I'm not in VISTA at the moment but will be later on so I'll try
printing the VISTA calendar -- is this different to the Gadgets one?

What version of VISTA is it? Are the printers only connected by network
or some by USB?

I was in VISTA Ultimate a while ago and found the Windows Calendar (in
Program and not in Accessories where I would have expected it).

I had no problems printing any of the styled to the USB connected
LJ2200d or to the USB Connected PhotoSmart Inkjet 8250 printer.

Looking through some older messages here relating to networked
printers, it was stated that turning OFF all Firewalls did enable them
to be installed and after that they worked over the network even with
the Firewalls back on.

I can understand this since MS used to recommend (and still do in some
cases I've encountered) disabling antivirus and firewalls while
installing applications and utilities.

How much memory have you?

Try turning OFF the Spooler (Print direct to Printer)
