If you do a search in this discussion group for "print_fax_scan" you will
see many with the same problem. I have posted some hints on these pages.
The one that works the best for me is :
By right clicking on your IE7 startup icon and selecting {Properties,
Shortcut} and then the advanced tab then check on the Run as Administrator
box you will be able to print from IE. If you are running as a user this box
will not allow you to check it. If that is the case use windows explorer to
go to c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe. Right click on the
iexplore file and select Send to desktop as shortcut. You will then be able
to check the box on this icon to allow you to run as administrator. You will
need to put your admin password in each time you open IE7 but at least you
can print until the guilty party comes up with a solution.
