Unable to Run Adone Reader

I keep getting a message that states I am either out of memory or don't have
permission when I try to run the Adobe Reader. I have a Macbook Pro and
Microsoft Vista and I am using the Parallels program to run Vista. Any
suggestions, I have plenty of memory so I don't think this is the problem.
