online printing

today, i installed an hp printer on windows vista premium.
Printing is ok, but IT WILL NOT PRINT FROM INTERNET.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

If you right click on the web page and choose Print, what happens? If you
use the menu bar and choose File>Print and pick your HP printer, what
happens?

What does this phase mean exactly? What are you trying to do and what are
you expecting? Is this a networked printer (Ethernet) or USB connected
printer? Is it being shared?

This is a KNOWN problem with the HP Director software. If you go to HP's
website and search for your printer, you'll find the correct update.
