Can't print works or open office documents+

I can't print documents written with works word processor or with open
office; however, I can print email, internet pages and everything else. I
bought a new prinster thinking my old one was the problem. It wasn't; the new
one won't print document either. What int world is wrong? I have never heard
of this problem, much less encountered it personally.

Please ask in the Works newsgroup/forum as the problem lies with their
software. You might also look for updates for Open Office. It's not a
printing issue, it's an issue with the third party applications.
