Fails to install Laser Print Drivers on Vista Business 64-bit

I need help with my print drivers for my color laser printer, the
Samsung CLX-3160FN. I have had many different errors. First was the
Spooler error, I fixed that problem. Second "The printer driver is not
compatible with a policy enabled on you computer that blocks NT 4.0
drivers". Third "Windows can't install the Samsung CLX-3160 Series
kernel-mode print driver. To obtain a driver that is compatible with
the Windows you are running, contact the manufacturer", which I've
done. Their response, "we see no issues with installing the print
drivers for Windows Vista 64-bit, contact Windows", I've done that too!
Forth and final error, was "WindowsUpdate_8007078", this came up when it
done an auto update. I hope someone could help, because I really need
this help, thanks, Ted.

Do you have a 64-bit Vi$ta driver? Did you run the SETUP.EXE as
administrator?

Yes, I have a 64-bit Vista driver and I have tried SETUP.EXE as
administrator.
