Printing with Works on Vista

I am getting an error message when I try to print from Works 8 to my windows
Vista-based computer. It will not let me print anything in Works. HELP!!

What exactly does the error message say? Not a paraphrase but exactly.

Have you checked microsoft for updates? I am using Works 8.5 although
it is the Works Suite that contains WORD instead of the Works Word
Processor.

The message reads as such, "Microsoft Works 8 has stopped working". Then I
get "a problem caused the program to stop working correctly, windows will
close the program and notify you of a solution". No solution was found.
