Was told by Lexmark today that 'they have no plans to release Vista drivers

Using Windows Explorer (Windows Vista Preimum) go to
c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3
Delete all the modules you can starting with "lxbx"
Empty the recycle bin
Reboot
Download the Vista X7170 Lexmark driver from Lexmark.com
Got this information from Lexmark and it worked.
