hp psc 1315 all in one problems

When i try to install printer software on windows vista(rtm edition) i
become this error mesage(see picture).Please help me.

what sort of drivers do you install? as far as known to me hp has not
released yet vista drivers for their products, except those embedded in
vista/winupdate

That's right. HP has not release drivers nor softwares for Vista yet,
except those on Vista DVD and Windows Update. And their softwares are very
particular about which OS you can install on (for instance, it won't even
install on Server 2003 machines......)

So unless HP gets their acts together, you won't be having drivers/softwares
on Vista for a long while...... I am in the same boat with an HP C6180
hoping that the newer printer will have drivers but nope.........

The printer driver for my 1610 comes with Vista. Although the scanning
software does not work on Vista, I would never use it. It is bloated and
slow. Download Paint.Net and use it to scan. No, you won't be able to use
the printer buttons, but it will scan.

i have a hp psc 1315 all in one and hp photosmart 325 and hp m407 digital
camera and either one of them will down load with window's vista is hp every
going to do anything about that we are not the only ones who are having
problems
