Re: ie 7 printing problems
After exhaustive research, it was determined that this is a ie7 problem
caused by the hp driver not being "authenticated" by the server. Microsoft
has opened a case on it and will correct "within a month or two".

Work around is to shut protection off, then print page (from toolbar). Or
copy and paste, then print from that application instead.

Thought people would like to know.

Thanks for the help.

Freddy

Why are you installing HP drivers from Microsoft?

Re: ie 7 printing problems
Thanks for the tip! I had the same IE 7 printing problem after installing
the latest Vista updates. I turned Protected Mode off and I can print. I
wonder when Microsoft is going to fix this!!??! Pretty soon you'll have to
disconnect your PC from the Internet so you can print!

Re: ie 7 printing problems
HP does not make drivers for my all-in-one for Vista. After many "fits" I
found a HP tech rep that know of the problem and she had me install the
HP990C driver. after a few adjustment in the default settings it works fine.

Re: ie 7 printing problems
Thanks for the info Dan. I downloaded and installed a new driver (7-10-2007)
from HP for my HP LJ 4000, but it did not fix the problem.
