Thunking Spooler APIS

I may have posted this message to the wrong group earlier, so I am
reposting it here:

I have recently purchased a Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit notebook. One of
my apps seems to have difficulty printing. The app works fine, except for
printing. I get a print dialog box, but nothing happens. This takes place
about half of the time. On several occasions I have gotten an error
message saying: "Thunking Spooler APIS from 32 to 64 Process has stopped
working"

Any ideas for resolving this? Phil

I think you need the QFE hotfix for this.


"You experience problems when you try to print a document in a 32-bit
program on a computer that is running a 64-bit version of Windows Vista"
