Using Win XP printer drivers in vista

I have a question about using win XP drivers in vista. Enduser has an HP
4260 with vista drivers installed but I need to load drivers on a Win Server
2003 Terminal Server. W2k3 does not accept the vista driver for this
printer. Can I install the windows XP driver on the vista machine for this
terminal connection without it causing any issues?
