Printer icon does not autoclose

For some reason the printer icon on the system tray does not autoclose. I do
receive the notification that the job was sent to the printer (which is a
network printer) but I must hover the mouse over the printer icon in order
for it to close. I am printing within a Windows Server 2003 AD environment
using a queue on the server.

it usually take a little bit to disappeer and sometimes after a while you
need to click on it
