There were no issues for some time, and the last Vista updates were done nearly a month ago, and QuickBooks had no problem publishing via the PDF converter until now. Quickbooks suggestion to delete the printer, then re-email the document (the software is supposed to recreate the printer on the fly) have left me in limbo since I still get the error after restarting QuickBooks, and restarting Windows have been unsuccessful. I would be very interested if this turns out to be a Windows issue. I will post again once I have spoked to Quickbooks support.
