increasing size of c partician with windows vista on

installed windows vista in partician c which had 20gb but found that i need
at least an extra 10gb. The problem is i have freed up space from other
particians but when i right click on c the otion to expand it is blanked out.
Any help would be fantastic

You will have to get a third party partition manager. Vista only extends a
partion if there is unallocated space to the right (in disk manager). You
could delete the other partitions and then extend, of course you need to back
them up since all data will be lost.

I have freed up 10gb from another partician so there is unallocated space to
the right but it still blocks me from expanding the c drive partician

I should have said adjacent to the right.
