Health Check issues
When I open up the HP Health Check that came on my computer, it says that I
have two things that I need to download so that my computer can run smoothly,
HP Help and Support Update (0016) and HP Health Check update available
(0001). When I click on the action button, it opens up Windows Help and
Support Center and then it redirects me to the Microsoft website. However, I
searched high and low for these updates and I cannot find them anywhere. Am I
blind or is something wrong? Any help would greatly appreciated. Thankyou!

Re: Health Check issues
Hi,

Click start/all programs/HP/HP update and this utility will check for and
download any appropriate updates for your system from HP. These are in
addition to the OS patches supplied by Windows Update, not instead of them.

Re: Health Check issues
I have done all of these things and the HP Health Check update is still
needed. But like buckskinpaintchic wrote, the Windows Help and Support says
this topic is not found.

Re: Health Check issues
HP Health, of course, is not a Microsoft product, so that's why the topic
isn't found. Apparently this bug is why they need to update it. You may
want to do the manual download:
