Serious Issues...
Recently, my PC has become very sluggish. Here is my list of problems:
- slow startup and shut down (about 2 minutes for each)
- upon reboot, I get this message, "aswboot.exe program not found." What is
this?
- I get messages, such as "Readyboost has stopped working," and "Host
process
for windows services has stopped working."
- as listed in another post, I can't use the "upgrade" option in Vista Home
Premium
OR Ultimate to try and reinstall files and such to hopefully fix these
issues.
I was wondering what advice you all may have on these issues. Shall I wait
for the Vista patch? Shall I do a "clean install?" Please help! Thanks.

Re: Serious Issues...
Thanks Dave! Yes I am, and installed it after I noticed the "aswboot" message.

Re: Serious Issues...
Would a re-install solve the problem?
