Outlook 2003 Very Slow

Hi,

I have Outlook 2003 with Vista Home Premium (both in French) on laptop Dual
core, 2GB memory. Since few days, Outlook is very slow for switching from an
email to another (30 sec to 1 min). After a moment, it becomes normal but I
don't know why. When I look in task manager, outlook uses 50% of processor.

Someone can help me ?

I have exactly the same issue. I have tried moving all mails to a new PST
file but the performance remains slow.

To improve outlook performance considerably, remove the attachments
and compact the pst file:
