System Restore problem

Can't create system restore point, the error code it told me is 0x8004230c
The disk not support shadow copy..
I am using Vista Home primium and NTFS Harddisk
Volume Shadow Copy service is turned on..
20GB space..
Why still can't do that?

Please offer help

Hi Damian, does this error happen when you try to manually create a restore
point, during app/driver install or other situations?
