Communicatons Manager Malfunction

I run Vista Business Edition. After running an error check I received a
message "Communications Manager has stopped working". How do I get it
working again?

if the program came wit the computer you may have to use the system recovery
disk or if you do not have a system recovery disk then call the plzce were
you purcase yor computer and then good luck
