Well, unfortunately no paticular service (like SearchIndexer e.g.) or
other process is reponsible for this high CPU usage. Instead when I
start Notepad e.g. only Notepad has a CPU usage of 100%. But most of
the time is spend in kernel mode (marked red in performance graph),
which is quite unusual in my opinion and was not the case on Windows
XP. I thought it could be a driver problem, but CPU usage of
interrupts and DPC is less then 4% (-> no driver problem).
