BLUE SCREEN - Computer restarts, driver issue?
Hey Guys!!
I'm sorry to bother you all with my computer problem but I'm really not very computer savvy and I'm currently studying in France on exchange from my university so it is VERY important that my computer access is reliable.
The problem: My screen goes black for 2 seconds. When the screen returns to its normal picture, a notification is seen on my bottom toolbar which indicates that there was a problem with the picture of my computer but that the problem has been resolved. Then, the screen goes black again- the image is restored, the message is displayed. This cycle continues to occur for 5-10 minutes until my computer screen turns bright blue and restarts.

I'm scanning is Malwarebytes' as I type so I can keep you guys posted on that outcome.
From what I've researched, this is a driver problem. When I go to Windows Updates, it shows that 1 update is recommended: "Windows Vista Service Pack 1 KB936330." I'm not sure if installing this update is the answer to my problems but it makes no difference because when I try to install the update, this message occurs, "Installation Status: Failed. Windows encountered an unknown error. Error Details: Code 80070017."
I'm so completely lost and I'm extremely anxious, to say the least, about my computer crashing. HELP, HELP, HELP!!!!!!!!!! Please!!!!!! I will offer my future first-born child to any person who can help me fix this problem!!!! You may think I am joking, but I am very desperate!
