RE: Switching User Profile Drops My Internet Connection Speed
I don't know if this will help as I am running xp but, I have helped to setup
a couple of vista systems and remeber seeing somewhere in the setup for
internet an option that says something about using the same settings for only
you or anyone that uses this computer. I would try running the internet setup
again and look for that option and check the alow anyone that uses this
computer option. then retry the different users and see if it makes a
difference.
Just one mans opinion.
