Control Panel "system" page fails to load

When I try to open System, in Control Panel, it takes me to a page and says
"the page failed to load." Does anyone know how to fic this?

sh** happens all the time
i have had that problem too
all i did is just reboot the pc
and thats it

Yah, I did that several times, and it still does not load. Anyother
suggestions.

try restore your PC back to the day before it happened
