Change your mobo to this
http://www.vr-zone.com/?i=4939
upgrade the video to a 8600GT
and get more PSU...500W.........check those 12v lines

I would also suggest adding a second hard drive. Get one of the 10,000 RPM
ones for C:, then a large Seagate for D:.
