Unable To Complete Sfc

HI
When i run sfc/scannow it only runs to 77% and stops telling me that " Windows
Resource Protection could not perform the required operation " and yes i have run test to log what files they are but it still wont repair or replace these files ?
I also ran a Hard disc test and its ok i also ran Malwarbyes but no results. Can
someone help Please .
