i hate widow vista starter!

If you try to open a fourth program, you'll see a message telling you that you already have the maximum number of programs open......To run more than three programs at once, you'll need a different edition of Windows Vista. You have two options - either buy Windows Home Basic (or any of the other
"proper" versions) or go for a free OS as in one of the many Linux
distributions available.
