You've written the error code incorrectly. Those are supposed to be the
digit 0, not the capital letter O, so the error is 0x0000000A. Typically
this error is due to a bad device driver. Here is a link with info about
that error in XP:

0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
The causes should be similar the same in Vista. Also you can do a Google
search on that error including Vista in the search, but make sure the error
code is spelled correctly when doing the search.
