Re: computer freezes when sitting idol
I recently installed Vista 64bit from 32 bit and experienced the random
freezing also.
By chance I came across a quick solution top get it out of freeze, but it
does go on and do it at a later time, but this remedy will at least save you
from pressing the reset button to restart your comp.
First click ctrl+alt+del
a screen should come up showing 5 options
LOCK THIS COMPUTER
SWITCH USER
LOG OFF
CHANGE A PASSWORD
START TASK MANAGER
CANCEL
Click on the cancel button, it will reset and the pages will unfreeze.
Please do note though this is for when the pages freeze but you can still
use your mouse
