Few internet sites are running extremely slower

I need some help. I have a few websites that are ridiculously slow and
it isn't their sites that are having a problem and it isn't my internet
connection. The main two sites are shopnbc.com and disney.com. I don't
really know much about computers so. But I can tell you that these
sites were working just fine for the longest time and I have no idea
what could of changed. I've deleted all my browsing history and my
cookies are enabled. I have windows vista and don't know what other
info is needed for someone to help me out. Thanks.
