Code 800700CB

When I try to install the Windows updates, I get the error message "Code
800700CB" and am unable to install the updates. I am the administrator of the
account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a few months old DELL,
with Vista Home Premium software, Intel Quad Q660, 2.4 GHZ, 3 GB Ram.

Try searching for that code at microsoft.com or msdn.
