Windows Expreience Index Rating (Ram Issue)
What's the Deal?
Processor-------------------4.9
Memory (RAM)-------------2.2
Graphics--------------------4.6
Gaming Graphics-----------4.9
Primary hard disk----------5.8

I have 3gigs of PC 3200 DDR , 2gigs of OCZ High Preformance, 1gig G.Skill
both are set to the same timing, so why is my Subscore so low??? Does anyone
have a clue why?????

Re: Windows Expreience Index Rating (Ram Issue)
I am still trying to figure out the scoring myself. I installed a printer on
a client's brand new system I pulled from a box and it went from 2.8 to 2.3.

Ouch.

ram subscore
I have all 5.9 ratings except for my ram which is 3 G of Corsair xms2 ddr2-800 this gives me a 4.4 subscore for that ram.... am kinda puzzled why (running vista ultimate by the way)

have q6700 proc
8800 ultra video

I guess if things run alright I should be happy but am curious to see why its rated lower..

one more thing I have 2x1G and 2x512Mb for the xms2 ram, I wonder if they are all the same clock speed...it appears to be the same from the description where I bought the computer. Its an ibuypower gamer-929QL from the costco.com website
