Vista blue screen/freeze constantly

Hi, I installed Vista a few weeks ago and it has been crashing with
various blue screen messager such as IRQL, memory management, paged_area
and sometimes the mouse just locks up and freezes..What info what I have
to give you to help me out with this situation??

Computer specs? Have you installed Vista drivers for all your hardware? What
you've already done to troubleshoot? Any hardware testing? I would at least
test the RAM and the hard drive.

now vista wont even boot..I get stop 0X0000008E error and last
time i got 0X000011D event tracing system fatal error..
