Screen Saver

Our screen saver will not turn on. Any suggestions as to why? Thanks.

If you are using an MS wireless Keyboard and/or mouse, there is an optional
update available on Windows Update that fixes the problem..

Was having same problem. Disconnected wireless keyboard and mouse[microsoft
items] and saver now works fine. Am going to check out optional udates

Went to ms updates. downloaded 4 recommended; 1 optional. None seemed to
relate to screen saver. Am using ms wireless keyboard and mouse. Can you help
me identify the update that fixies this problem? Thanks

Try going to the Microsoft Download site and download the following
HID NON-USER INPUT DATA FILTER.
I had the same problem and downloaded this earlier today and my screensaver
is now working.
