Log on failing

Hey guys

I recently helped spec a Dell Inspiron 1501 for a friend and put Vista
Home Premium on it. Setup worked fine, and Norton installed well and I
also put Office 2003 on it. My friend used the Belkin Easy Transfer
Cable that came with the OS to transfer files from the XP desktop she
had onto her laptop, and restarted the computer. However, now she
cannot log on, no matter how many times she enters her pass. Caps lock
is not on :P. Any ideas?

Have her try and enter the password from the old Windows machine. This
is just a WAG.
