Help and support won't load

I installed several new software packages and now Help and Support won't
load. The window appears but it is empty.

Any ideas

Not sure if this applies--Any program that depends on Windows Help file, Help
will not be available in that program. Vista has a diff help system. Here's

Thanks Mary but the problem lies with Vista help ... not the program's. Vista
help just doesn't load anymore. It brings up the message "Internet Explorer
cannot download / from help" opens an empty box and then shows a download in
progress that never gets past 0%.

I just wanted to say thanks Ramesh for your reply, that note by adobe
fixed my problem right away. I don't have vista64, but I imagine it
works just the same.
