RE: Cannot Delete File

Try this:

Restart computer > Logon as Administrator > delete folder or file

OR

Turn off UAC > delete folder or file

Also, run Task Manager and make sure no processes or services are trying to
access the file.

Glad it worked out for you.

The inability to delete or access files under the new UAC rules of Vista can
be solved by workarounds. I contribute these occassional problems to a
"temporarily confused file in Vista's OS." --
