transfer speech recognition and training full documents

after i trained my first pc for the new amazing voice recognition, i found NO
way of transferring the training files to my second pc running the same vista
business version? very frustrating.
also does anyone know of a way to put the common terms, words and special
persons names i frequently use, in one document and train all at once as is
the case with dragon naturally speaking? rather than training one word at a
time.
