vista pc restore (Backup and Restore Center)

hi

I got a problem with the Backup and Restore Center
when i click on "backup computer" i got this

the backup application could not start due to an internal error
server execution failed (0x80080005)
please check your system configuration and try again

well it a brand new installation , and before just when i receive brand news
i got the same problem
i never find a solution for that problem
