WinSAT View and Print Details Link Doesn't Work

There's a small problem with WinSAT on my computer (a new Dell laptop). In
the Performance Information and Tools section of the Vista Control Panel, I'm
able to see the base score and subscores for the WinSAT test, but the link
that reads "View and print details" produces the following error: "Could not
create details page." It looks like this:

I can't think of any reason why this could be happening besides any Dell OEM
customization of this part of Windows. Any idea how to fix this or what is
causing this error?

Check your firewall setting....as far I know its blocking to run
*mshta.exe*

I added mshta.exe to the firewall exceptions list, but still nothing...
