Cannot connect to SQL 7.0 via Web with Vista

A visitor to one of my web sites cannot connect to a data table using Vista.
They can access the data using XP with no problems.

Does anyone know if this is a Vista problem or SQL 7.0 problem?

Server 2008 on Windows Vista....and select to backward capability in
Management Studio.
