Hello!
I am posting this thread for assistance with my computer while it starts up
or I restart it. When I log into my account, the screen would just be pitched
black. I cannot see the desktop background or icons nor can I see the start
button for a few seconds.
When I can view the desktop background and icons as normal, and the computer
fully loads up, I then view the "Problems and Solutions" for any reports that
might have been sent because of the pitched black screen. When I open the
"Problems and Solultions" tab, there sometimes are reports in there titled,
"Host process for Windows stopped responding" or something similar to this.
Is this normal? If not, how should I fix this problem?
