Update Problem

I don't know if I've posted this in the right place or not, but it seems to
fall into this catagory, I recently noticed that my system doesn't have
Service Pack 1 on it, I fouind this unusual, but when I tryed installing it
through Windows Update, it would always fail, with an 80070002 error message,
taking the Help and Support's advice I delete all the log files while
disabling Windows Update, now it doesn't even find Service Pack 1 to install
when I check for updates.

So I figured that something was a bit odd so I did a SFC Scan in CMD and it
found some errors that couldn't be fixed. It said that I could check the CBS
Log File to solve the problem, but I can't decypher what it means I'll paste

Yeah I read that, that was my first port of call to see if it would work,
unfortunatly it didn't....
