Desktop keeps re-installing

Hi, When I turn my PC on it took longer to switch on and it reset my desktop.
Unfortunately it it has caused problems with some programs.
It wont allow me to change toolbars,
it re-installed live care,
re-installed outlook losing all emails and contacts,
Warning and errors keep apearing.
No program history in the start menu.

These are just some of the problems I am encountering. It has happened once
before and I reformatted my drive and reinstalled vista but its done it
again. Can I fix it or is it a re-install again?

Hi,

Create a new user profile, log into it. Does the same problem happen here? I
suspect what you really have is a corrupt user profile, and the recreations
were the result of a temporary profile being created for you.
