Permissions for file operation?

While I, the administrator on home machine, try to copy any file from CD to
Hard disk, Vista prompts twice,
1. You need administrator permission for this operation Continue/skip
2. Second prompt saying Vista needs your permission for this file
operation.
Is there any way where I can avoid these irritating prompts entirely in
future saying do not ask me these questions as I am administrator ?

You can disable the permissions if you have admin control. Go to Control
Panel then User Accounts and select the option called "Turn User Account on
or off" and then follow the directions.
