Find the Command Prompt in the START/All Programs and ACCESSORIES and
RIGHT click on it and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
Type in
CHKDSK /R /F
Note the spaces.
Hit enter and select "Y" to Run at start-up
That should do it
