spreadsheet issues with vista based microsoft works

can someone help me i need to make some spreadsheets in microsoft works and
it will let me start but always freezes and says this program has stopped
working and will shut down now. it came preinstalled so i cant uninstall and
reinstall what can i do i need this program.

Try this: Free Open Office at www.openoffice.org
FAR superior to MS Works.....

Your supplier should have supplied the cd's or a means of recovering, check
the stuff that was origonally supplied, if still no cd, phone the supplier
